The sellers moved into this quad level home about 32 years ago. Their children then were in grade school, middle school, and high school. The house fit their needs all those years with their growing children throughout their school years and changing social occasions. And as their grandchildren came along, the house seemed to expand to accommodate everyone during their many visits. Pella windows with the blinds inside have been installed throughout the years in all, but the two basement windows. The latest Pella replacement was the living room picture window in 2022. The family room, stairs, and master bedroom had new carpet and paint in 2023. The wood deck was replaced with TREX decking material. The siding has been replaced and the wood fencing was replaced with metal. The foundation on three sides have been supported by piers inside and outside to combat the clay soil on this side of Wichita (2013, 2017, 2023). A Class 4 hail resistant roof was installed in 2018. It has been a well-maintained home just waiting for a new owner to make new memories.
